Virus or spyware attack? Do this!
The day may come when you suddenly have the persistence of the virus or spyware problems that can not seem to get rid of it. Perhaps his children were playing games on questionable web sites, or you forgot to update the security programs for a few days.

Once the computer is running in safe mode, not all security scan again. This can solve your problem.
One reason virus and spyware continue to appear is because it may have made entries in the Windows registry. The Register is a large database or list of everything on your computer.
To help prevent malware from writing to the Secretariat, get a custom HOSTS file to block spyware applications that can download and install again. A HOSTS file also helps protect against spyware. Search the Internet.
You also must have a backup of the registry, if it ever gets corrupted. Make a backup when the computer is running smoothly.
To a backup, do this carefully: Click Run. Type regedit in the box and click OK. Highlight My Computer, if not already selected.
In Windows XP, click File, Export. Type a name for the backup, such as backup recording 1, and click Save. In previous versions of Windows, click Registry, Export Registry File. The file is saved in the My Documents folder.
To restore the registry using the backup, click to open, then click Yes, OK.
2. If you have had a serious virus or spyware and you have cleaned the computer, you must remove your restore points.
These are the snapshots of your system are stored periodically by Windows. If you have a problem can go back in time one of these points, when things were working well.
However, if the snapshot is created when you had a virus or spyware, the restore point is contaminated with the virus, etc. If you use this restore point, it will infect your computer.
Even if you never use it, malware could hide in these restore points, as the hackers who wrote the virus, so they know that anti-virus programs usually can not clean this area. So the best thing to do is remove the points, and make new ones.
To remove old restore points in Windows XP, click Start, Panel Control, System, System Restore tab. Check the box next to Disable System Restore. Click Apply, OK and restart your computer.
Now turn the function New System Restore: Click Start, Control Panel, System, System Restore tab. Remove the check mark next to Disable System Restore. Click Apply, OK.
You can make a new restore point any time, as before installing the software, or making other changes to the team. Do the following: In Windows XP, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools • System Restore. Click Create a restore point and follow the instructions.
3. At times, even at this stage can not get rid of stubborn viruses or spyware. Therefore run all your scans again. In the antivirus or anti-spyware program, enter the name of the virus, Trojan, worm, etc. in question.
Then go to your favorite search engine, plug in the name, and find a program or method to remove from your computer.
If the method involves editing the registry, make a backup up first. Sure to be accurate, step by step instructions on what to do.
