How do I prevent my cat from scratching the furniture?
My cat is an obsessive couch scraper. I've tried a repellent spray zero, I bought a scraper and not even being used. Nothing has worked so far. He just keeps doing. It really would be open to any ideas you might have, is starting to ruin my furniture. I tried to softpaws also when he was a baby, but now that he's bigger, it is almost impossible to keep it down to market and cut their claws. Even with two people. Screams as if we were torturing him.
Try to double-sided tape on the corners of the bed for a while. Cats hate it texture and will probably leave. Try different textured materials scratching. You're bound to find one you like.
