There is a rescue for cats and sphynx rex?
There is one for Cornish Rex http://www.cornishrexfriends.org/ A rescue for the Sphinx was not included. You only have to give the Cat Rescue groups realize that you are interested in Sphynx if available. EDIT. I take it back ...
