Pet Health Care Advice

How to maintain and care for a goat?
In a year my family and I are going out to the country and were planning on getting goats as pack animals 2-3 company (not meat). I wonder how to care for the goats. Any tips and advice on the health of the goats, feeding, grooming, fencing ... anything that would be really helpful. Thanks! How much does a goat? And about how much I spend each year on 3.2 goats?
The cost depends on where you live. I live in Florida, and when the fencing is not cheap. So I can not help you with costs. However I know a lot about goats. Shelters: We need something with at least three walls and a roof, something that provides shade, protection from the elements, and heat. It could also be a good idea to have a which can be locked at night. I have two women Boers, and keep them in a 12-foot by 6 foot barn w / concrete floor at night, or when Im gone somewhere. Feed: You can give sweet horse feed, or feed for animals, and need hay (not alfalfa) of grain, and pasture and see - how to eat herbs and branches, and things that way. And they must have clean fresh water every day. I use a girl 5. goat bucket. Note: You need to trim their hooves on each 3 or more weeks, depending the speed with their hooves grow. (Research on hoof trimming before buying one) and food should be brushed daily. And the bathroom is opptional, although if you bathe them, be sure to dry cousin goats are sensitive to cold and wet environments. Also, if you plan on showing that they have to be nuetered and trim your skin. Fencing: I think that a 4 foot - about 6 feet will be limited most of the goats, but you should not use tables that run down the side of the fence to keep and then together, cuz I made that mistake, and my goat jumped, using the tables. So we had to redo the corners. Anything else?? Hope that covers everything. Bye!
