Free cat neutering in Minnesota?
I am a disabled person in Minneapolis, MN. I have two cats, one male and one female. The woman has been sterilized. The male has been neutered and is taking the woman and the wall with her "antics". One of my neighbors told me that you can get free pet neutering / Sterilization if you are disabled. When I looked at it, the information you gave me was defective. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, I live in an apartment 1-bedroom public housing for the cats do not have much room to run when the male is "playful," and I think that without my help, the woman is getting raped. I'm so tired of "decoupling", and that's just when I'm home. When I'm not at home ... I dread to think. * * Thanks for any help you can me give!
