Have you bought a house with the furniture included?
When making an offer on a house, is it common to ask for all of the furniture if you don't want to buy any of your own? Has anyone done this with a house or apartment before?
Yes you can, but it is not part of the house purchase. The bank will only finance the house, and not the furniture, so you would have to pay for the furniture separate. If the purchase price is below market, and you think that it would appraise, don;t mention that you are buying it with the furniture. By the way, the appliances are not considered furniture, and they are part of the house when you buy it.
