Heated Cat House or pad - what to avoid?
My vet has suggested today that I have a heating pad or a warm bed for my cat ill 9-month-old kitten. This is discouraging to find warm places that are dangerous for her. There are many models, prices, styles and textures. I know UL want and washable. Can you tell me what to avoid textures than I know she does not like? Details: we have had since birth and she is the mother cat mange. She has been a lack of growth since kitten (3 months to its current 9 months). We managed to get rid of scabies, finally. Still seems to have immune system disorders and now a heart murmur, it seems to be cold.
I think you already know what you need to know. I bought a hot bed for my older cat and I was very happy with it. While it is UL listed and can be washed, choose one you think you will use and go for it.
