Well it’s a little brown tabby longhaired kitten (not a silver tabby) , could be a Domestic Longhair (= no breed – the great majority of cats) , could possibly be a Maine Coon kitten but one of the MC breeders on here could give a better guess It can be hard to tell in young kittens. It’s a cute one though!
Someone said this is a colour of a Maine Coon. MCs do not only come in one specific colour or pattern, though Brown Tabby (aka Black Tabby) is popular as is tabby & white. There can also be solid colour ones, bicolour (Solid + White) , tortoiseshell, etc. — just about anything except a few patterns and colours that would not have been part of the natural breed, like the colourpoint pattern.
Edit:: It seems like a lot of the time companies use non-breed DSH / DLH cats on their product packages , probably since that is the majority of cats people have and they want consumers to relate to using the product for their own cat. But sometimes they DO use pedigreed cats.
Anyway, if you asking this because you wonder where could you get a kitten like this, there definitely are non-pedigreed kittens who look like this little guy; check on Petfinder for kittens shelters in your area (but the kitten in the photo looks like he needs another month to mature to be ready to go to a new home away from his Mama and littermates )
