How do I prevent my cat to poop in the spare bed?
Usually goes out or use her litter box, but recently stopped using sandbox. We have not changed anything in our house to the anguish of it. I do not know how to stop this behavior.
I had that problem with my cat after moving. I have a futon in the spare bedroom and had a couch so that there were no leaves on it. Finally I had to get a new mattress for him because he could not get rid of the smell. I found that when I got the new mattress, I washed the sheets and comforter before putting them on the bed smelled so familiar with it and it stopped. I had no problem feeling. Hope this helps. Maybe its just different bedding.
