Domaine du Chateau de Taulane
A jewel of golf, established in 1992 and designed by Gary Player, Domaine du Chateau de Taulane is an 18-hole wooded parkland course (par 72). The castle, dating from 1750, has been magnificently restored and the course is available to "stay and play." Located in a natural pine forest, the course is held at unusual levels of excellence. Well balanced game with features to keep players low and high handicap both happy and challenged. Features water on some holes, especially in the double green of hole 9 and 18. Visitors can pay green fees of € 51 - € 100. Credit cards are accepted. Handicap required and must book in advance. tee times are available on weekdays and weekends. Located 50 km northwest of Cannes.

Golf de l'Esterel
An 18 holes, trees, par 71 field in a park designed by Robert Trent Jones and located 28 km southwest of Cannes. Golf de l'Esterel is one of the golfers' favorite holiday in this area of the French Riviera. Relatively short, 5,852 meters, the rolling fairways are tight and full of pines. Accuracy from the tee is a necessity. Look for water in a third of the shot holes demanding followers. Greens are good sized. The front nine feels like a journey through vacation rentals of the property, while the second round is more interesting. Expect pleasant mountain views in the inner loop of nine holes. Green fees for visitors is € 67, credit cards accepted. All visiting golfers are welcome, but reservations required. T times are available in two days of the week weekends. Golf cart rentals available.

Museum Castre
Start of decorative art, sculptures, and paintings, the museum has a gallery with the relics of the Mediterranean civilizations dating back to the Greeks, the Romans, the Cypriots, and the Egyptians. Five rooms are dedicated the paintings from the 19th century and the ethnography section has excellent examples of Peruvian and Mayan pottery. Open June to August, Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 1pm and 3 pm 7. April, May and September, Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 1pm and 2 to 6pm. October to March, Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 1pm, 2-5pm. Admission is € 3. Free the first Sunday of each month.

Palacio Festivals
Located on the east side of Puerto Viejo, the Festival Hall opened in 1982. The impressive complex includes three auditoriums, all equipped with modern audio equipment and simultaneous translation. There are 11 conference rooms, two exhibition rooms, a nightclub and a restaurant. The extensive Allée des Stars including hand prints and signatures of the armies of notable film industry and is a popular place for visitors on vacation. (A little more beyond the Palais des Festivals, locate the old port with a mixture of luxury and fishing boats and the nearby allées de la Liberté flower market.)

Petit Train
Enjoy a ride on one side white, diesel Petit Train touristique Cannes to understand the difference between the old and new the city. For modern view of Cannes, table in front of either of the two casinos. To see Vieux Cannes (Le Suquet) board in front of the Hotel Majestic. Both are based on the hour throughout day (10 am to 7 and 11:30 pm for season without service in November.) Tours last approximately 45 minutes. The cost is 5 € and 9 € for adults, 2.50 € and 3 € for children under 10 years. (The lower prices are for the tour of the ancient entrances to the city.) Combination of 8 € for adults, 5 € Children under 10 years and are good on separate days.

Located just 16 miles north of Cannes, Grasse is the capital of the world's perfume industry and a day out an excellent tour of the city. More than two thirds of the natural aromas used in perfumery and as flavoring food is produced in Grasse. Visit a perfume factory many or visit the International Perfume Museum at 8 Place du Cours. In August, the annual festival Jasmine offers a carnival atmosphere to the city. Flowers, which grow in abundance in the warm, protected micro filled the streets with beautiful aromas at every turn.
